Step 1 - Clean and re-install the iPad

Un-clip the FlipPad, remove the iPad fully and wipe the screen with a damp lint-free cloth (do not use any chemical cleaners). Make sure the underside of the FlipPad screen is also free from dirt or any liquid residue.

Re-install the iPad making sure that the orientation of the iPad is correct with it’s home button underneath the FlipPad screen home button. Make sure that that there are no foreign objects between the screens and that hands have been washed and dried prior to use.

Close your FlipPad making sure any security bolts are hand tight (0.35n-m) and re-test, if sensitivity is still a problem move on to step 2.

Step 2 - Make sure you are using the correct iPad

Not all iPad’s work with all FlipPads. Please check the FlipPad Range drop-down menu above to ensure you have the correct FlipPad for your iPad.

To check which iPad you have, simply enter your iPad’s model number found on the back of your iPad (i.e. A1474) into Google search (www.google.com) and it will confirm your iPad model (i.e. iPad Pro 9.7-inch).

If you have the wrong FlipPad, please get in touch – sales@futurenova.com and we will do our best to help.

If problems persist, please continue to step 3.

Step 3 - Ensure there is no damage to iPad

Please ensure your iPad is undamaged and has not been repaired by an unapproved 3rd party as non-apple components can lead to a reduction in screen sensitivity. Look for any cracks in the screen, chips or dents that could affect the unit. If problems are evident, please contact Apple.
